Job summary

McDanel Glass Solutions in Vineland, NJ, is seeking an Inspector Packer to support end-product quality in the Specialty Vial department. You will perform visual and dimensional in-process inspections, pack finished ware, and assist with palletizing and finishing to meet customer specifications.

This non-exempt, full-time role requires attention to detail, ability to work at a steady pace (about 1,200 vials per day), adherence to SOPs, and teamwork with Shift Supervisor and Quality Technicians.

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or GED or equivalent experience.
• Experience with production or manufacturing preferred.
• Strong visual attention to detail in repetitive tasks.
• Must be able to read, write, and communicate in English.

Responsibilities

• Perform in-process visual and dimensional inspections.
• Pack ware in trays and wrap with sealer and heat tunnel equipment.
• Label trays and ensure accuracy of final wrap.
• Maintain production pace and inspect approximately 1,200 vials per day.
• Follow SOPs for data collection and documentation.
• Maintain clean, safe, and organized work areas.
