Richland Glass is seeking an Inspector Packer to support end-product quality and the packaging process in the Specialty Vial department. You will perform in-process inspections, pack finished ware, and palletize to ensure products meet specifications and procedures. The role requires clear communication with.

Qualifications

• Must have a High School Diploma or GED or equivalent experience.
• Strong visual attention to detail in repetitive manufacturing settings.
• Ability to read, write and communicate in English.
• Basic ability to complete required documentation and production records.

Responsibilities

• Perform in-process inspections for both visual and dimensional acceptance.
• Pack ware in trays according to specifications and wrap as required.
• Label trays of packed ware accurately and inspect labels and final wrap for accuracy.
• Maintain production pace and visually inspect and pack approximately 1,200 vials per day.
• Follow SOPs for data collection and documentation and communicate non-conformities.
