Job summary

Accel Entertainment is seeking a Warehouse Manager to lead a high‑volume facility with emphasis on efficiency, safety, and regulatory compliance. You will supervise refurbishment of VGTs, RTs, ATMs, and related equipment, while ensuring accurate serialization, labeling, and documentation.

You will manage inventory, leverage Salesforce for asset tracking, and coordinate with Customer Experience to optimize asset placement. A valid IL license and driver’s license are required where applicable.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• College degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or Business preferred.
• Minimum of 4 years in a fast-paced warehouse or technical asset environment.
• Minimum of 2 years direct supervisory or team leadership experience.
• Experience servicing VGTs, RTs, Amusements, or ATMs desired.
• Must be 21+ and able to obtain Illinois Gaming Board Terminal Handler’s License.
• Valid Driver’s License with a clean record.

Responsibilities

• Technical Operations & Refurbishment: Oversee cleaning, refurbishment, repair, testing, and final preparation of VGTs, Amusement equipment, ATMs, and redemption machines.
• Regulatory Compliance & Governance: Ensure RTT paperwork is scanned, recorded, and transmitted to Compliance; verify serial numbers and labeling.
