Job summary

Menasha Packaging Company, LLC is seeking a skilled machine operator to manage vertical form fill seal (VFFS) packaging lines on 1st and Weekend shifts. You will set up, run, monitor quality, and perform routine maintenance in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.

The role requires basic mechanical troubleshooting, teamwork, and adherence to GMP and safety procedures while learning SAP to navigate production data. This position offers consistent shifts and competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• Experience operating packaging machinery or similar equipment.
• Ability to learn SAP and navigate the system.

Responsibilities

• Perform startup checks at the beginning of each shift.
• Set up, operate, adjust, and test VFFS packaging machines.
• Monitor product quality and record results per procedures.
• Carry out routine preventative maintenance and simple repairs.
• Maintain clean, organized work areas and adhere to GMP standards.
