Job summary

Winland Foods is seeking a Packaging Machine Operator to run and monitor packaging lines, ensuring safe and efficient operation and accurate labeling. You will perform changeovers, track quality, and record production data in SAP, contributing to on-time delivery of high-quality pasta products.

The role requires attention to safety, GMP compliance, and teamwork in a fast-paced environment. The position is full-time, on-site in Lee's Summit, Missouri, with a competitive hourly wage and a shift

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1 year of work experience in manufacturing or food production preferred.
• Forklift certification may be required for Advanced Level.
• Must be 18+ years old.
• Ability to read and follow SOPs and safety policies.

Responsibilities

• Operate packaging machinery (depalletizers, palletizers, conveyors, forklifts).
• Perform changeovers and address issues quickly to keep line moving.
• Record inventory transactions and quality results in SAP.
• Inspect labeling, packaging, and proper carton alignment.
• Follow GMP, HACCP, SQF, FSMA and company safety policies.
