Job summary

Mars UK is seeking a Veterinary District Sales Manager for the Royal Canin portfolio, covering Miami, FL. The role requires field-based work with travel and living within the territory.

You will implement the Vet BU strategy, execute territory plans, and build strong relationships with clinic decision-makers to drive sales. Qualified candidates have 2+ years in sales (preferably B2B), veterinary clinic experience, and excellent communication and presentation skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• 2+ years sales experience, preferably B2B.
• Veterinary clinic experience preferred.
• Excellent communication & presentation skills (oral and written).
• Possession of a driver’s license and a clean driving record.
• Overnight travel required, approximately 20-30% travel.

Responsibilities

• Translate knowledge of products, categories, customer, and data into business opportunities.
• Develop and execute a territory business plan to grow clinics within geography.
• Establish and grow relationships with clinic decision-makers.
• Develop and deliver data-driven presentations to address veterinary staff needs.
• Collaborate with BU, Digital Sales, Inside Accounts and Scientific Affairs.
• Conduct quarterly business reviews and adjust strategies based on needs.
