As a Veterinary Technician, you will support veterinarians with nursing care, anesthesia monitoring, diagnostics, and client education, helping

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of two years of experience as a Veterinary Technician.
• Proficiency in anesthesia monitoring, venipuncture, laboratory procedures, radiology, and dentistry.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality nursing care to hospitalized patients and monitor them.
• Prepare and recover patients for surgical procedures with safety and comfort.
• Assist veterinarians during examinations, diagnostics, treatments, and surgeries.
• Perform laboratory diagnostics and document results accurately.
• Operate radiology and ultrasound systems in a safe, compliant manner.
• Prepare and administer medications, vaccines, and treatments per regulations.
• Maintain controlled drug logs and proper storage of substances.
• Enter treatment plans into medical records and support billing/charting.
• Educate clients on preventative care and medications.
• Keep treatment areas clean, organized, and stocked; monitor inventory.
• Collaborate with team across departments and maintain professional conduct.
