Responsibilities

• Coach team members to anticipate and address patient and client needs and escalate stressful situations.
• Collaborate with hospital leadership to organize technician and assistant meetings.
• Organize training schedules for Technician staff.
• Identify conflicts in the workplace and seek timely resolution.
• Provide feedback leadership and develop performance improvement plans.
• Other related duties as assigned.
