Qualifications

• Registered Veterinary Technician required (RVT, LVT, or CVT).
• Minimum of 3 years veterinary technical experience.
• Experience in Specialty, Emergency Care or Critical Care preferred.
• Previous leadership or mentoring experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and develop clinical team in Surgery, ER/CCU, and Internal Medicine.
• Lead staffing, scheduling, and timecard oversight in collaboration with Hospital Manager.
• Mentor technicians and assistants to support professional growth.
• Participate in departmental and leadership meetings to improve patient care and operations.
• Provide hands-on clinical support and maintain high standards of care and safety.
