Qualifications

• Licensed/Certified Veterinary Technician required or preferred.
• Minimum 3–5 years of veterinary technician experience; emergency or specialty experience preferred.
• Previous supervisory or mentoring experience is needed.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily technician operations across multiple shifts.
• Support high‑quality patient care and maintain communication among technicians, doctors, and leadership.
• Mentor team members through coaching, onboarding, and competency development.
