You will collaborate with veterinarians and management, participate in hiring, develop staff skills, refine protocols, and help implement VCA policies.

Qualifications

• CVT/LVT/RVT/LVMT credential required and FL CVT preferred.
• 5+ years of clinical experience in veterinary practice.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Directing workflow on the floor and supervising staff.
• Mentoring technicians and assisting in skills development.
• Participating in interview and onboarding of new hires.
