In this role, you'll manage medical staff and oversee patient care standards while fostering a culture of support and teamwork. Qualifications

• Licensed Veterinary Technician (LVT), Certified Veterinary Technician (CVT), Registered Veterinary Technician (RVT), or LVMT required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain processes for effective medical record keeping and billing.
• Collect and process work charts.
• Assist with entering in-patient charges in billing system.
• Ensure invoices are sent monthly.
• Process payments and monthly statements.
• Resolve escalated financial problems with clients.
• Monitor and report on accounts receivable.
• Prepare and mail invoice or statement copies.
