BluePearl Pet Hospital - Veterinary Technician Supervisor

BluePearl Pet Hospital is seeking a passionate Veterinary Technician Supervisor capable of motivating, engaging, and training a team of veterinary professionals.

Pay and Benefits

Pay: $31.60 - $49.45 / Hour

This pay band is a starting point, dependent on experience and advancement through the Kahuna leveling system. We also offer competitive shift differential pay for eligible hours worked during nights and weekends, based on a 4-hour minimum.

• Mon - Fri: 6pm to 8am = $4.00 Shift Differential
• Sat & Sun: 6pm to 8am = $5.50 Shift Differential
• Sat & Sun: 8am to 6pm = $4.00 Shift Differential

Responsibilities

• Mentor lower-level staff by demonstrating positive work habits, effective clinical skills, and business knowledge
• Coach team members to proactively address patient and client needs and seek assistance in stressful situations
• Collaborate with hospital leadership on organizing technician and assistant meetings
• Organize training schedules for technician staff
• Identify and resolve workplace conflicts
• Provide feedback to leadership and assist in developing performance improvement plans
• Perform other related duties as assigned
