We have an exciting opportunity for the right candidate to be a leader in a dynamic team of veterinary professionals. The ideal candidate will be excellent at training and mentoring. They will have advanced veterinary skills.We have a dynamic work environment, exciting medical cases, and great career development opportunities. We are looking for someone with excellent communication, time management and organizational skills.

Pay: $28.00 - $45.00 / hour

This pay band is a starting point and is dependent on experience and advancement through our leveling system. Candidates with VTS credentialing are eligible for compensation commensurate with experience.

Sign-on bonus up to $10,000 for qualified LVT, CVT, RVT, LVMT, or VTS!

We also offer competitive shift differential pay for eligible hours worked for nights and weekends. Shift differentials are based on a 4-hour minimum.

For example:

• Mon – Fri: 6pm to 8am = $3.50 Shift Differential

• Sat & Sun: 6pm to 8am = $5.00 Shift Differential

• Sat & Sun: 8am to 6pm = $3.50 Shift Differential

As a Veterinary Technician Supervisor, you will…

• Serve as a mentor to lower-level staff by demonstrating positive work habits, effective clinical skills and business knowledge.

• Coach team members to be continuously aware and proactive at anticipating and addressing patient and client needs and to seek assistance with escalated, stressful situations.

• Works with hospital leadership to organize tech and assistant meetings.

• Organize training schedules for Technician staff.

• Identify conflicts in the workplace and seek assistance in resolution.

• Provide feedback leadership and works to develop performance improvement plans.

• Other related duties as assigned.
