Job summary

BluePearl Pet Hospital in Malvern, PA is seeking a Veterinary Technician Supervisor with passion and the ability to motivate, engage, and train a team of veterinary professionals. You will mentor lower-level staff, coach for proactive patient and client care, organize tech and assistant meetings, and design training schedules while advancing superb veterinary service.

We offer a competitive hourly pay range of $28.80 to $45.10, with opportunities for advancement through our competency assessment

Responsibilities

• Serve as a mentor to lower-level staff by demonstrating positive work habits, effective clinical skills and business knowledge.
• Coach team members to be continuously aware and proactive at anticipating and addressing patient and client needs and to seek assistance with escalated, stressful situations.
• Works with hospital leadership to organize tech and assistant meetings.
• Organize training schedules for Technician staff.
• Identify conflicts in the workplace and seek assistance in resolution.
• Provide feedback leadership and works to develop performance improvement plans.
• Other related duties as assigned.

Pay: $28.80 - $45.10 / hour

This pay band is dependent on experience and advancement through our competency assessment tool.

As a Veterinary Technician Supervisor, you will…
