BluePearl Pet Hospital in Clearwater, FL is seeking a Veterinary Technician Supervisor who can motivate, engage, and train a team of veterinary professionals. The pay range is $26–$40 per hour and advances through a competency leveling system, with experience and leadership potential guiding growth.

The ideal candidate will excel at training and mentoring, possess advanced veterinary skills, and communicate clearly while managing time and priorities in a fast-paced emergency and specialty care

Responsibilities

• Serve as a mentor to lower-level staff by demonstrating positive work habits, effective clinical skills and business knowledge.
• Coach team members to anticipate and address patient and client needs and to seek assistance with escalated, stressful situations.
• Work with hospital leadership to organize tech and assistant meetings.
• Organize training schedules for Technician staff.
• Identify conflicts in the workplace and seeks assistance in resolution.
• Provide feedback leadership and works to develop performance improvement plans.
• Other related duties as assigned.

Pay: $26 - $40 / hour

This pay band is a starting point and is dependent on experience and advancement through our competency leveling system.

As a Veterinary Technician Supervisor, you will…

• Serve as a mentor to lower-level staff by demonstrating positive work habits, effective clinical skills and business knowledge.
• Coach team members to be continuously aware and proactive at anticipating and addressing patient and client needs and to seek assistance with escalated, stressful situations.
• Works with hospital leadership to organize tech and assistant meetings.
• Organize training schedules for Technician staff.
• Identify conflicts in the workplace and seeks assistance in resolution.
• Provide feedback leadership and works to develop performance improvement plans.
• Other related duties as assigned.
