Job summary

BluePearl Pet Hospital is seeking a Veterinary Technician Supervisor to motivate, engage, and train a team of veterinary professionals in a dynamic, fast-paced hospital environment. Responsibilities

• Mentor lower-level staff by modeling positive work habits, clinical skills and business knowledge.

• Collaborate with hospital leadership to organize technician and assistant meetings.
• Organize training schedules for Technician staff.
• Identify workplace conflicts and seek resolution.
• Provide feedback to leadership and develop performance improvement plans.
• Other related duties as assigned.

BluePearl Pet Hospital is looking for a Veterinary Technician Supervisor with passion and the ability to help motivate, engage, and train a team of veterinary professionals.

Pay: $26.00 - $40.00 / hour

This pay band is a starting point and is dependent on experience and advancement through our competency leveling system.

As a Veterinary Technician Supervisor, you will …

• Serve as a mentor to lower-level staff by demonstrating positive work habits, effective clinical skills and business knowledge.
• Coach team members to be continuously aware and proactive at anticipating and addressing patient and client needs and to seek assistance with escalated, stressful situations.
• Works with hospital leadership to organize tech and assistant meetings.
• Organize training schedules for Technician staff.
• Identify conflicts in the workplace and seek assistance in resolution.
• Provide feedback leadership and works to develop performance improvement plans.
• Other related duties as assigned.
