BluePearl Pet Hospital is hiring an exceptional Radiology Veterinary Technician

As a Radiology Technician, you will perform advanced diagnostic testing, such as x-rays, computed tomography (CT), nuclear imaging, digital fluoroscopy, and magnetic resonance imaging (MRI).

Pay: $19.30 - $28.70 / hour

This pay band is a starting point and is dependent on experience and advancement through our competency leveling system.

Schedule: Monday-Thursday, 7am-5pm. Subject to change.

Responsibilities:

1. Prepare patients for ultrasound.
2. Safely restrain patients for procedures.
3. Place intravenous catheters in peripheral veins.
4. Perform phlebotomy.
5. Prepare slides for cytology.
6. Perform digital radiographs proficiently.
7. Monitor patients during anesthesia or sedation.
8. Perform advanced imaging such as CT scans and MRI procedures.
9. Mentor and train co-workers.
10. Address client concerns with patience and empathy.
