• Veterinary Technician or Advanced Patient Care role with strong leadership experience.
• Experience training and mentoring veterinary staff.
• Excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate advanced proficiency as a Veterinary Technician/Advanced Patient Care Associate and maintain skills.
• Create effective relationships with hospital leadership to ensure standards of care are understood and delivered.
• Serve as a subject-matter expert and resource to Technicians and Assistants on daily operations and skill development.
• Mentor staff by modeling positive work habits, clinical skills and business knowledge.
• Identify conflicts in the workplace and seek resolution to promote teamwork.
