BluePearl Pet Hospital in Queens NYC is seeking a Veterinary Technician Manager to lead our nursing team. The pay range is $40.75–$55.00 per hour, with shift differentials based on a 4-hour minimum. VTS credentialing can enhance compensation based on experience.

The role requires strong leadership as a subject-matter expert, mentoring staff, partnering with leadership, and running day-to-day operations to ensure high standards of patient care and teamwork.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as a subject-matter expert for nursing operations and patient care.
• Lead and train the nursing staff with hospital leadership support.
• Manage day-to-day operations of the nursing team.
• Mentor staff and drive high productivity aligned with the vision.
• Communicate changes in protocols and policies clearly.
• Build cross-department relationships to support teamwork.
• Implement process improvements and document performance issues.
