• Experience training and mentoring veterinary staff.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate advanced proficiency as a Veterinary Technician within the department.
• Create relationships with leadership to ensure standards of care are understood and delivered.
• Serve as subject‑matter expert and resource for technicians and assistants.
• Mentor staff, model professional behavior and performance.
• Coach staff to maintain high productivity and performance.
• Schedule ongoing training and support hospital leadership with performance feedback.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
