Ethos Veterinary Health, Mass Vet, is seeking a Veterinary Technician Liaison for Internal Medicine in Woburn, MA. The role supports client education by phone, handles documentation, and collaborates with veterinarians and technicians to streamline daily operations.

The position allows fully remote, in-person, or hybrid work arrangements, with day shifts and a $23–$28 hourly rate. Requires 3+ years of VT experience and strong English communication.

Formación

• AS or BS in Biology, Veterinary Technology or Animal Science a plus.
• Must possess 3+years of experience as a Veterinary Technician.
• Fluent English skills (speaking & reading) are required.

• Use Ethos and veterinary accredited published information to educate pet owners and discuss general pet health questions over the phone.
• Enter accurate and timely documentation in the HIS including patient and owner name, address, phone number and summary of conversations.
• Collaborate with veterinariansand technicians to ensure the day flows smoothly by assisting with client questions, prescriptions, treatment plans, and pet owner education.

$23- 28/hr | Full- time | Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and every other weekend Daytime hours

This position offers an opportunity for an experienced veterinary technicianto utilize their knowledge without the traditional physical demands of a technician position. This position can be fully remote, in-person, or hybrid!

Responsibilities

• Actively guide and accurately answer questions from clients regarding pet health
• Use Ethos and veterinary accredited published information to educate pet owners and discuss general pet health questions over the phone
• Enter accurate and timely documentation in the HIS including patient and owner name, address, phone number and summary of conversations
• Collaborate with veterinariansand technicians to ensure the day flows smoothly by assisting with client questions, prescriptions, treatment plans, and pet owner education

Skills and Experience

• AS or BS in Biology, Veterinary Technology or Animal Science a plus
• Must possess 3+years of experience as a Veterinary Technician
• Exceptional verbal communication skills and a desire to speak with pet owners about their pet’s health and well-being
• Fluent English skills (speaking & reading) are required.

Compensation

• $23- 28/hr

• Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and every other weekend
