Qualifications

• Experience as a Veterinary Technician in a clinical setting.
• Strong veterinary nursing skills and ability to place IV catheters.
• Experience with venipuncture and drug calculations.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate nursing care and patient handling.
• Obtain patient histories and vital signs.
• Perform venipuncture and place IV catheters.
• Administer medications IV and other routes.
• Assist veterinarians with exams, diagnostics, and treatments.
• Perform accurate drug calculations.
• Maintain detailed medical records and patient documentation.
• Communicate clearly with clients regarding care plans.
• Support hospital efficiency through teamwork across departments.
• Contribute to a positive and respectful hospital culture.
• Mentor and support fellow technicians as needed.

Compensation

• $22–$28/hour based on experience, technical skills, and skill leveling assessment

Schedule

Qualifications

We’re looking for Veterinary Technicians who are passionate about patient care, teamwork, and continued professional growth.

Qualified candidates will have:

• Experience working as a Veterinary Technician in a clinical setting
• Strong technical veterinary nursing skills
• Ability to perform venipuncture and IV catheter placement confidently
• Knowledge of medication administration and drug calculations
• Strong communication and client service skills
• A collaborative and team-oriented mindset
• Interest in continued learning and professional development
• Ability to work in a fast-paced veterinary hospital environment
• CVT, RVT, or LVT credentials are welcomed but not required
• Fluent English speaking and reading skills required
