• 1+ years of experience in a veterinary assistant, animal care, kennel assistant, or related role.
• Proficiency in safe, low-stress patient handling and restraint techniques; strong client education and communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and multitask in a fast-paced environment; effective teamwork and professional communication.

Responsibilities

• Support efficient exam room and outpatient workflows.
• Provide safe, gentle patient handling and restraint during outpatient and procedural care.
• Review treatment plans, medications, and discharge instructions with clients clearly and compassionately.
• Identify patient concerns and support efficient case management across the hospital.
