VCA Loomis Basin is seeking a full-time Veterinary Technician Assistant to support our night shift team, delivering compassionate patient care in a fast-paced AAHA-accredited hospital. We provide Emergency, General Practice, Internal Medicine, Cardiology, Oncology, and Specialty Surgery capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Patient Care: walking, ensuring access to clean water, and clean housing
• Assisting the Veterinary Technicians & Assistants with administering fluids, patient restraint, and other basic tasks
• Restraint for Radiographer
• Cleaning patient spaces and kennels
• Cleaning and packing instruments
• Stocking hospital departments to ensure smooth workflow
• Laundry for hospital to ensure towels, blankets and bedding are available when needed
