Job summary

NVA General Practice in Milwaukee is seeking a dedicated Veterinary Assistant / Veterinary Technician to join their evolving team. This role offers a chance to contribute to a new practice focused on innovative veterinary care and teamwork.

Located in a brand-new facility set to open in Summer 2026, you will be part of a supportive environment that values your input and growth. Ideal candidates should have over 2 years of veterinary experience and a strong commitment to high-quality patient care.

Qualifications

2+ years of Veterinary Assistant and/or Veterinary Technician experience.
Strong technical and client service skills.
Excited about growth and high-quality care.

Responsibilities

Support patient care through restraint, triage, and nursing.
Assist with exams, diagnostics, and treatments.
Provide surgical and anesthesia support.
Monitor anesthesia and patient recovery.
Educate and communicate with clients.
Help maintain an efficient, clean, and organized hospital.
