Sploot Veterinary Care is introducing a brand-new approach to Urgent & Primary Care for pets, and we're looking for a rockstar Veterinary Technician in Greenwood Village, CO ! Responsibilities

  • Client Support : Provide a positive, reassuring experience for pet parents, ensuring they feel confident in their pets' care.
  • Clinical Assistance : Assist doctors during procedures by providing direct care to pets, including diagnostic tests , medication administration , and surgical / anesthesia monitoring .
  • Lab Work & Records : Collect and analyze lab samples , maintain accurate patient charts , and document all treatments.
  • Clinic Maintenance : Keep the clinic clean and organized , ensuring it's ready for pets, pet parents, and the team.

Qualifications

  • Credentialed Veterinary Technician : Current CVT, RVT, or LVT in the state of Colorado .
  • Experience : At least 1 year as a veterinary technician in a clinical setting.
  • Team Player : Eager to collaborate with a diverse team, sharing ideas and supporting each other.
  • Efficiency & Organization : Highly detail-oriented and focused on workflow optimization .
  • Passion for Pet Care : Committed to delivering top-quality care whenever pets need it.

What Catches Our Eye

  • Emergency / Urgent Care : Previous experience in ER or urgent care medicine is a plus.
  • Competitive Pay : $26-$29 / hour, plus 1.5x pay on Sploot-recognized holidays.

  • PTO & Parental Leave : 80 hours of PTO (increasing with tenure) and 10 weeks of paid parental leave.
