Crabapple Knoll Veterinary Clinic in Alpharetta, GA is seeking an experienced Veterinary Technician to join our fast-paced, progressive hospital. You will support veterinarians in examinations, surgeries, and diagnostic procedures, while helping to deliver exceptional patient care across preventative, urgent, and surgical services.

The role offers full-time hours (32–40/week) with schedule variation including days, nights, and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Assist veterinarians during examinations, treatments, surgeries, and medical procedures
• Obtain patient histories, vital signs, and medical records
• Perform venipuncture, lab sample collection, and in-house diagnostic testing
• Monitor hospitalized patients and provide nursing care
• Educate clients on preventative healthcare and treatments
• Maintain a clean and organized hospital environment

What Our Veterinary Technicians Do

• Assist veterinarians during examinations, treatments, surgeries, and medical procedures
• Obtain patient histories, vital signs, and accurate medical records
• Perform venipuncture, laboratory sample collection, and in-house diagnostic testing
• Monitor hospitalized patients and provide compassionate nursing care
• Administer medications, vaccines, and treatments as directed
• Support anesthesia monitoring and surgical procedures
