Banfield is hiring paraprofessional staff to support veterinary teams in a high-volume hospital setting. You will recruit clients, educate pet owners, and assist veterinarians and technicians with procedures while maintaining medical charts and documentation.

Role includes leadership duties, client service excellence, and ensuring safety and efficiency in daily operations with a strong focus on wellness plans and preventive care.

Qualifications

• Promote hospital services to recruit new clients and educate clients about their pet health needs.
• Assist with routine administrative tasks including entering pet information and maintaining medical charts.
• Assist veterinarian and veterinary technicians during procedures, following state practice acts.

Responsibilities

• Live and exemplify the Five Principles of Mars, Inc. within self and team.
• Actively recruit new clients by promoting hospital services and ensuring client and pet comfort.
• Assist Practice Manager in developing an efficient, productive hospital team.
• Quality checks, inventory management, and ensuring clean, sterile treatment areas.
