Charlotte Animal Referral & Emergency (CARE) in Charlotte, NC is seeking a full-time Talent Acquisition Coordinator on-site. You will manage end-to-end hiring, from posting jobs to onboarding, partnering with hiring managers across 24/7 operations.

This role emphasizes a positive candidate experience and compliance with employment laws. Responsibilities include scheduling interviews, coordinating travel, and maintaining candidate pipelines for critical roles in veterinary care and support staff.

Formación

• Experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, or HR is preferred.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilidades

• Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and shift coverage.
• Post job descriptions and ads on ATS, job boards and social media.
• Source candidates through job boards and networks; screen applications.
• Schedule interviews and coordinate candidate travel and logistics.
• Lead pre-employment checks and onboarding activities.

Educación

Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
