Qualifications

• Doctor of Pharmacy degree required.
• Licensed pharmacist in the State of Ohio.
• Experience in a veterinary setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Dispense prescriptions and perform sterile and non-sterile compounding.
• Maintain records in accordance with Ohio Board of Pharmacy regulations.
• Oversee drug storage, narcotics inventory and administration.
• Manage inventory in pharmacy and automated dispensing system.
• Maintain inventory and pricing data in hospital information system.
• Support the Pharmacy Manager and other duties as assigned.
• Position may require evenings, holidays and rotating Saturday mornings; potential on-call.
