Job summary

Qualifications

• Doctor of Pharmacy Degree required.
• Licensed pharmacist in Ohio (active license) required.
• Experience as a pharmacist in veterinary setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Dispense prescriptions and perform sterile and non-sterile compounding.
• Maintain records in accordance with Ohio State Board of Pharmacy regulations.
• Oversee drug storage, narcotics inventory and administration.
• Manage inventory in pharmacy and automated dispensing system.
• Maintain inventory and pricing data in hospital information system.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Pharmacy Manager.
