Qualifications

• Experience recruiting veterinary or healthcare professionals is preferred.
• Ability to proactively source passive candidates rather than relying on inbound applicants.
• Experience conducting candidate screens and evaluating qualifications and interests.
• Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS, sourcing platforms, and job boards.

Responsibilities

• Identify qualified active and passive candidates using multiple sourcing channels.
• Develop talent pipelines for ER, ICU and Specialty Services roles and other openings.
• Engage candidates with personalized outreach and establish relationships.
