Job summary

PetDesk is seeking an Implementation Project Manager to onboard veterinary clinics, configure the software to each practice’s needs, and guide a smooth transition from sales to go‑live. You will work closely with customers to gather requirements, educate them on features, and document configurations in our CRM.

You will coordinate with product, support, and sales teams, manage a 30–40 customer onboarding pipeline, and run 3–4 calls per day.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years in a customer-facing role, preferably in software implementation or customer success.
• Familiarity with client communication software, CRM systems, or SaaS solutions.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation process for PetDesk customers from requirements gathering to configuration and onboarding.
• Conduct training sessions to educate customers on how to use PetDesk features effectively.
• Analyze customer requirements and troubleshoot issues with internal teams to ensure timely resolutions.
• Maintain accurate documentation of interactions and configurations in the CRM and generate progress reports.
• Manage an onboarding pipeline of 30–40 customers and conduct 3–4 customer calls per day.
