Vetcove is seeking an Onboarding and Implementation Manager to lead the strategy and execution of onboarding for veterinary clinics through their platform. In this role, you will manage a team, set high standards for client experience, and ensure successful implementation.

The ideal candidate will have a background in managing software implementations, strong organizational and communication skills, and a passion for helping veterinary clinics succeed. The position is fully remote within the USA, offering competitive salary and benefits.

Qualifications

• 4+ years managing complex software implementation projects, preferably in a SaaS or tech-enabled services environment.
• At least 2 years in a people management role.
• Experience leading teams in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of 5+ Onboarding Specialists.
• Own the implementation strategy and lifecycle.
• Serve as liaison between veterinary clinics and internal teams.
