You will supervise paraprofessional staff, recruit new clients by promoting hospital services, and ensure smooth, efficient operations while maintaining high standards of patient care.

The role emphasizes teamwork, communications with clients, and adherence to clinical protocols. Weekend/evening shifts are common, with emphasis on quality veterinary care.

Qualifications

• Two years experience (healthcare, veterinary profession, service-type industry) required.
• Prior supervisory experience preferred.
• Associate’s degree or veterinary technician certification/licensure preferred or equivalent combination of education, training and experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead the paraprofessional staff and support hospital leadership to maximize productivity and profitability.
• Assist Practice Manager in developing an efficient, productive hospital team.
• Provide professional, efficient and exceptional client service at all times.
• Coordinate communication with clients, associates, Field Leadership and Central Team Support.
