Job summary

Banfield Pet Hospitals seeks a Shift Lead to balance leadership duties with paraprofessional responsibilities in a busy hospital. You will coordinate client flow, assist the Practice Manager, and help the team deliver high-quality, efficient veterinary care.

The role requires a veterinary technician credential or associate degree, plus two years in healthcare or veterinary settings, and supervisory experience. This position may include weekend/evening shifts.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree or veterinary technician certification/licensure preferred, or the equivalent combination of education, training and experience that provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities.
• Two years experience (healthcare, veterinary profession, service-type industry, etc.) required, with six months experience at Banfield preferred.
• Prior supervisory experience preferred.
