Job summary

Banfield Pet Hospital is seeking a Veterinary Hospital Shift Lead to guide the team, maximize productivity, and ensure exceptional client and patient experiences. The Shift Lead may also perform Client Services Coordinator and Veterinary Assistant duties as needed.

The role requires leadership in a fast-paced hospital environment, adherence to Banfield protocols, and ability to work flexible hours including weekends and evenings.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years of veterinary hospital experience.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• High School Diploma preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional client and pet experiences.
• Assist Practice Manager and COS to maximize hospital productivity and profitability.
• Perform Client Services Coordinator and Veterinary Assistant duties when needed.
