• Associate’s degree or veterinary technician certification/licensure preferred.
• Two years experience in healthcare or veterinary environment required; supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication and client service skills expected.
• Ability to multi-task and manage hospital operations across shifts.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support paraprofessional staff across shifts to maintain productivity and client care.
• Assist Practice Manager and COS with communication among clients, staff, and leadership.
• Promote hospital services and wellness plans to clients and manage client flow.
• Ensure accurate medical records, scheduling, and inventory; support surgical and clinical activities as allowed by state acts.
• Provide professional client service and staff mentorship; uphold Banfield protocols and standards.
