Job summary

Banfield Pet Hospital is seeking a Veterinary Hospital Shift Lead to guide the team, ensure exceptional client and pet experiences, and support the Practice Manager and COS in maximizing hospital productivity.

The Shift Lead will supervise daily operations, help schedule staff, ensure high-quality medical care, and maintain Banfield standards for client service and brand culture. Weekend/evening shifts available and a dynamic, collaborative environment is offered.

Qualifications

• Two years of veterinary hospital experience or more.
• Must be able to communicate effectively with clients and team.
• Demonstrated ability to provide excellent client service.

Responsibilities

• Supervise hospital team to maximize productivity and maintain high care standards.
• Assist Practice Manager and COS in daily operations and patient flow.
• Perform duties of Client Services Coordinator and Vet Assistant when needed.
• Ensure compliance with practice policies and Banfield protocols.
