Job summary

Banfield Pet Hospital is seeking a dedicated Shift Lead to supervise paraprofessional staff, support Practice Manager, and ensure seamless operations across shifts. You will mentor team members, prioritize duties, and help maximize hospital productivity while maintaining exceptional client service.

You will actively participate in recruiting, scheduling, and coordinating workflow to deliver high-quality veterinary care and support wellness plan clients. Weekend/evening availability is required.

Qualifications

• Supervisory or leadership experience preferred.
• Knowledge of veterinary hospital operations and NAVTA guidelines preferred.
• Strong communication with clients and team members required.

Responsibilities

• Lead paraprofessional team and support hospital leadership.
• Coordinate and guide staff to maximize productivity and client care.
