Job summary

Banfield Pet Hospital is seeking a Shift Lead to help supervise the team and support practice leadership in delivering high-quality veterinary care. You will collaborate with the Practice Manager and COS to drive productivity, client satisfaction, and adherence to protocols.

The role requires at least two years of veterinary hospital experience, willingness to work weekends/evenings, and comfortable in a loud environment with pet-related odors.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years of veterinary hospital experience.
• Available to work weekends and evenings.
• Able to work in a loud environment with strong smells.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the team when needed to ensure quality medical care and exceptional client service.
• Assist the Practice Manager and Chief of Staff in guiding the team to maximize productivity and profitability.
• Provide client education about preventive care and Optimum Wellness Plans.
• Ensure compliance with all practice policies and dress/grooming guidelines.
