Qualifications

• Two years of experience in healthcare, veterinary profession, or service-type industry required.
• Prior supervisory experience preferred.
• Medical background with terminology training preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform the duties of a CSC and/or veterinary assistant.
• Recruit new clients by promoting hospital services.
• Manage routing the flow of clients and pets.
• Assist Practice Manager in developing an efficient, productive hospital team.
• Ensure effective communication between associates and clients.
