A Caring Doctor (North Carolina), P.C. is seeking a Shift Lead to act as a CSC and veterinary assistant/technician, providing leadership across all shifts and ensuring the hospital runs smoothly.

You will work with the Practice Manager and COS to maintain clear communication with clients and staff. Responsibilities include guiding paraprofessional staff, coordinating operations, and supporting leadership to maximize productivity and service quality while delivering compassionate care to patients

Responsibilities

• Perform duties of a CSC and/or veterinary assistant/technician.
• Provide continuity and operational support across all shifts.
• Coordinate and guide paraprofessional staff.
• Support hospital leadership in communicating with clients, associates, Field Leadership, Central Team Support, and PetSmart.
