Job summary

Mars, Incorporated and its Affiliates is seeking a Veterinary Regional Sales Manager to lead the Royal Canin sales efforts in the Dallas/Ft. Worth region. The role focuses on steering field sales teams, executing strategy, and aligning internal and external stakeholders to meet regional targets.

The candidate will guide District Sales Managers, drive product penetration, and ensure implementation of the veterinary sales process while maintaining high customer engagement and budget discipline.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in Business, Administration, Marketing or Animal Science
• 3+ years sales experience leading cross-functional teams
• Business acumen in Veterinary industry
• People management experience in mentoring/coaching or line manager role
• Strong communication skills
• Valid Driver's License & Clean Driving Record
• Availability to travel 70% of the time

Responsibilities

• Achieve profitable sales growth objectives within assigned region through leadership of District Sales Managers
• Achieve product penetration and focus objectives within assigned region
• Implement the Royal Canin Veterinary sales strategy and sales process within the region
• Coach and develop District Managers to help them grow their business and KPIs
• Develop a high-performance team collaboration environment
• Respond to elevated customer inquiries promptly and professionally
• Attend trade shows, exhibitions and meetings; manage expenses and budgets
• Become knowledgeable on Veterinary product line and sales processes to apply to District Managers and clinics
