Mars is seeking a Vet Regional Sales Manager for the Charlotte/Raleigh, NC region. The role leads field sales teams, executes the veterinary sales strategy, and drives regional sales goals.

Ideal candidates have a business/animal science background, 3+ years sales leadership, and a strong veterinary industry acumen. Travel up to 70% and collaboration with internal/external stakeholders are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor´s Degree in Business, Administration, Marketing or Animal Science preferred
• 3+ years sales experience with multi-functional teams
• Business acumen in Veterinary industry
• People management experience in mentoring/coaching or line manager role
• Strong communication skills
• Valid Driver's License & Clean Driving Record
• Availability to travel 70% of time

Responsibilities

• Achieve profitable sales growth within the region through leadership of District Sales Managers
• Achieve product penetration and focus objectives within the region
• Implement Royal Canin Veterinary sales strategy and processes in the region
• Coach and develop District Managers to achieve growth and KPIs
• Develop a high-performance team through engagement and growth
• Respond to elevated customer inquiries promptly
• Attend trade shows, exhibitions and company meetings; manage expenses and budgets
• Deeply understand Veterinary product lines and sales processes for District Managers and clinics
