Small Door Inc. is seeking a Veterinarian Recruiter to grow our network of clinicians as part of the Bond Vet merger. You will partner with field leaders to source, screen, and hire top veterinary talent across markets.

You’ll travel to clinics and events to understand team culture and needs, own the full hiring process, and deliver a high-touch candidate experience from first contact to day one. A Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years of recruiting are required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience; 5+ years recruiting veterinary roles preferred.
• Strong sourcing skills using LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean search.
• Bachelor's degree is required.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with executive presence.

Responsibilities

• Build lasting relationships with veterinarians and the veterinary community.
• Travel to clinics and markets to assess talent and network.
• Own the full hiring process for veterinary roles from sourcing to offer.
• Source passive candidates through outreach, networking, job boards and social media.
• Deliver a high-touch, white-glove candidate experience.
• Maintain a proactive pipeline ahead of openings.
• Collaborate with regional operations and medical leadership to forecast needs.
