Green Mountain Animal Hospital in Golden, CO, is seeking a friendly Veterinary Receptionist to join our four-doctor, small-animal team. You’ll greet clients, schedule appointments, manage payments, and support a busy front desk in a fast-paced, caring environment.

What Our Veterinary Receptionists Do

• Greet clients and patients with warmth, professionalism, and compassion
• Answer and manage multiple phone lines efficiently
• Schedule appointments and help maintain an organized daily workflow
• Check patients in and out while ensuring accurate client and patient information
• Collect payments, process invoices, and review estimates with clients
• Communicate hospital policies, pricing, and service information clearly
• Manage medical record requests, reminders, and other administrative tasks
• Assist with prescription and medication pickup coordination
• Communicate with clients through phone, email, and other hospital communication channels
• Help manage lobby flow and maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area
• Handle client questions and concerns with empathy and professionalism
• Coordinate closely with veterinarians and the medical team to support efficient patient flow
• Maintain accurate client and patient records
• Jump in wherever needed to help keep the day running smoothly
