Lakeside Spears Animal Hospital in Carbondale, IL is seeking a friendly receptionist to join our urgent care-focused team. The role primarily supports Urgent Care on Thursdays, Fridays, and Saturdays, with the ability to cover General Practice shifts during the week as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1-year veterinary receptionist experience preferred.
• Compassionate and calm team-player.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome clients and patients, answer questions and direct to the appropriate party.
• Triage client concerns and manage calls or emails.
• Schedule appointments to maximize efficiency and daily flow.
