Shores Animal Clinic in West Palm Beach is seeking a friendly receptionist to join our long-established, full-service small animal practice. You will manage front-desk operations, greet clients, handle calls, schedule appointments, and process payments while supporting a client-centered environment.

We value compassionate care, clear communication, and reliability. A flexible schedule including some weekends/holidays is preferred to maintain our high standard of service and strong community ties.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Be the Director of First Impressions: manage a multi-line phone system and greet clients with professionalism.
• Ensure seamless care coordination by maintaining medical records, scheduling, and handling payments.
• Educate clients on services and preventive care to support pet wellness.
• Provide a compassionate, empathetic presence for clients and pets.
